Unsatisfied customer complaint. We will never use this company again or suggest it to anyone. This must have been the worst experience we have had with a business providing a service. Protea has for years been a respectable driving school, but this had clearly changed. Firstly, their vehicles are very substandard and to be frank appalling. Dirty and broken to the extent that it makes it difficult to drive. Instructors doesn't teach the students what they need to know and sits on their cellphone most of the lessons. Subsequently it is impossible to pass the test. These are just some of the facts that make me write this review

Hip Hip Hooray!!!! Thank you, thank you, Protea Driving School. I am coming from taking my Driving License, I passed. My heartfelt thanks goes to my Instructor BRA THOMAS (Pretoria), very professional, very patient. He taught me from day one, I had no knowledge of a truck at all. Today 3 June I have my license, first test, same time I get my license. THANK YOU PROTEA! PRAISE BE TO JEHOVAH!

Driving instructors make you take bribe money with knowing they teach inefficiency. I got my license after i part ways with them.

They aren't honest with regards to the time to the lesson. They say each each lesson is an hour but when you get the lesson, the take away 15 minutes away from it
